You can return purchased items within 30 days of receiving the goods. Please note that online purchases can only be returned by post using the returns address provided.
Items should be returned together with your dispatch note and must be unused, in perfect condition and with their original tags and packaging.
Returned Goods must be received by Katriona Ltd within 30 days of you receiving them.
Katriona Ltd will issue your refund on the day that returned items are received by us.
Please note the customer is responsible for the cost of posting any returned items.
